Swamp Haunters is a multidisciplinary team of students who work collaboratively throughout the year to design, build, and operate immersive haunted houses. The team is composed primarily of students interested in pursuing careers or gaining experience in the theme park and entertainment industries. With students in majors ranging from engineering to construction management, the bi-annual haunted house is a unique opportunity for students to learn the ins and outs of the process of creating a haunted attraction, from the earliest phases of conceptual design to the final stages of operation and stage management.
